Raw materials

Our raw materials are carefully selected. We signed a specifications agreement with all our suppliers by which they commit themselves to delivering materials in compliance with the stated origin, Quality and rates. The raw materials and matters delivered to our plant are systematically sampled. Our laboratory, established on our production site, controls in real time raw materials in compliance with the Afnor and EC regulatory methods.

Quantity control and sample taking

During delivery, a typical sample is taken out of the batch and sent to the laboratory to be controlled for compliance.

Quality control

After go ahead given by laboratory to the Production Manager, the approved compliant raw material may enter the manufacturing line of finished products. In case of non compliance, the quality department is notified to treat the non compliant material which can be recycled or taken back.

Finished products

During manufacturing our operators start production auto-controls that require their good knowledge of products, of the processes and experience.

Typical samples bearing traceability labels (batch numbers, date of fabrication) are taken out from every fabrication. They’re sent to the laboratory where they are submitted to testing procedures before being placed on market. Thus, Fertil’ France can be ensured of the comformity of its marketed products.

All the samples of raw materials and finished products are referenced and kept in sample bank for 24 months. The analyses results are recorded in the laboratory database and can be checked any time.

This system enables us to guarantee our customers accurate information, the conformity of our fertilizers as well as their traceability throughout the production process, from the reception of raw materials to the shipment of finished products.
